Meet Dominique also known to her friends and family as Nique or Nikki. She’s the owner of Exquisite Cuisinez by Nique, established January 2022. Based out of Dallas Texas, her passion is cooking. Her roots stem from West Indian descent with her family being from Jamaica. She has been cooking since she was a young girl, sitting in the kitchen watching her mom whip up anything from American to Jamaican food. When the pandemic hit in 2020 she decided to start up a YouTube channel during her off time from work. She thought about selling food during that time, but had her doubts on if people would buy. In late 2021 she decided she would give selling food a test trial. She would begin with an island dish by the name of Rasta Pasta, she received a numerous amount of support from her close friends, and colleagues. January 2022 she made it official, and gained sole proprietorship of Exquisite Cuisinez by Nique.
